Directions

1. Use the restroom first to empty your colon.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly.
3. Remove the suppository from its outer wrapper by pulling the plastic tabs apart.
4. Choose a comfortable position. You can stand with one leg on a chair or lie on your left side with one leg bent toward your stomach.
5. Carefully push in the suppository, narrow end first. For adults, gently push it in approx. one inch.
6. You may choose to lie still for about 15 minutes to let it dissolve.
